I worked with Alan Kwan for the Hong Kong literature magazine 《Sample 樣本》and made a fake game for its special issue 遊戲超寫實/Game Surrealism. We faked a series of documents for a game titled Hong Kong Underground Casino. We have emails, chats, character designs screenshots, excels of play systems, minigame designs charts, etc., but we never made the game. We want to show how news games are intimidated by different parties, and how the design process works. We also want to challenge how many games are known not through playing, but from media representation
